CONSTRUCTION SALES
This is a STRAIGHT COMMISSION, Independent sales-contractor position. High income potential provides a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. This job will require you to meet with customers at their home/business and develop an accurate scope of work through detailed discussions with and recommendations to the customer. Qualified candidates must have a passion for home improvements as well as working with clients to turn their dreams of renovating their home into a reality.
Most leads are generated from the home office with the expectation of additional leads through networking and referrals. Leads are based on merit and production, a go out and get it attitude is a necessity.
We are a growing company with a great work environment and offer a competitive commission structure. Our sales team is supported by in-house estimating, operations, and purchasing departments who will handle all aspects of the transaction after the sale.
Job Details:
• Requires self-disciplined individual with strong desire to achieve financial independence
• Establishing new business with potential customers through provided leads, cold calling, telemarketing, networking and referrals
• Maintain weekly reports on current activity, upcoming business, forecasting, etc.
• Achieve monthly and yearly quota requirements
• Attend industry and product related training programs to maintain latest knowledge of products and offerings
• Working closely with office staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Sales Director.
