  Job Description
JOB DUTIES: 1. Analyzes encounter forms for accuracy, reasonableness and completeness. 2. Reviews and/or enters diagnosis and procedure codes. 3. Enters and updates patient demographics other than insurance information. 4. Compiles daily individual productivity reports. 5. Notifies CMP sites of any changes and/or concerns regarding billing issues. 6. Notifies management of unusual coding and/or billing issues that may delay claim submission and/or payment.
