CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A Company based in Lutz, Florida, specializing in the application, sales and support of motion control, automation and process control products to service forward-looking companies in the industrial marketplace, is in the immediate need of a Customer Service Representative. This position is the liaison between customers and vendors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires the placement of all customer sales orders, purchase orders, continuous customer follow-up, development of customer relationships and the management of open orders. The position will address customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED
Associates degree
Four-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-5 years prior experience within a customer service environment
Microsoft Office 2007 applications
ACT and DacEasy preferred
OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Punctuality, organizational skills and a professional workplace demeanor
Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) a plus
